SMARTBoard Not Responding to Touch/Software Installation

SMART Board solution when it is not responding to touch:

(If the light on the SMART board is blinking or red, your problem is with a connection failure and the following solution will not help. Enter a help ticket)

  • Click the Windows icon in the lower left of the screen on the taskbar
  • Type company portal, you will see Company Portal 
  • When you open the Company Portal Select the Icon titled Smartboard Software

If you do not have the Company Portal on your windows device enter a help ticket.

 

SMART Technologies is no longer offering support for this product. we can not purchase replacement parts. The boards can be removed from classroom by placing a Work Order to Facilities.
