Use BSD's Self Service Password Reset tool to reset your BSD account password. This account is your email address and the account you use to log in to a Windows PC, Chromebook, or MacBook, as well as Google applications, Infinite Campus, and other BSD apps. You must have already registered in the service to use the change password feature, if you have not already registered contact the help desk at support@boiseschools.org, chat, enter a help request or call 208-854-6670, you will receive a temporary password that will allow your access to register for this service to manage your password.
As of the 26-27 School Year, this process is no longer required for student accounts. If a student at their school needs their password reset, they will need to either contact their Site’s Tech Lead or the Help Desk.
If you have not registered to use the Self Service Password Reset tool and you have a working credential, click on the Self Service Password Reset shortcut in MyApps (myapps.boiseschools.org), or visit myaccount.boiseschools.org.
Please note this will not reset your password for Employee Online or WinOcular.
To reset your password, click the Self Service Password Reset link in MyApps (myapps.boiseschools.org) or visit myaccount.boiseschools.org. Click the Reset Password link.
Enter your Boise Schools email address and the CAPTCHA image and click Next.
Click on I forgot my password when asked why you are having trouble signing in. Then click next.
Choose the verification method you will use, and follow the on-screen prompts to verify your identity.
Once you have verified your identity, you will be prompted to create a new password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long.
Congratulations! Your password has been reset! It may take a couple of minutes for the password change to sync to all other connected Boise Schools accounts.
