Include your iPad’s serial number when asking the Help Desk for device support. Use the serial number, not the BSD asset sticker number.
Find it in iPadOS
- Open Settings.
- Tap General > About.
- Find Serial Number. Touch and hold the number to copy it.
If the iPad will not turn on
Look for the serial number printed on the back. You may need help accessing it if the iPad is in a case. If it is unreadable, tell the Help Desk and include the BSD asset sticker number instead.
