Signing into MyApps, the Boise School District branded ClassLink launchpad, can be done without having to type usernames or passwords with the QuickCard feature.  In the Boise School District Quick Cards are used for K-3rd grades and for special circumstances.  Higher grade students are encouraged to type and self manage login credentials.

For Instructors: Print & Manage Student QuickCards

1. Open or sign into: myapps.boiseschools.org and Click on the "Class QuickCards" icon

2. Select the course (Homeroom in most instances) then click "Generate QuickCard" if it is the first time
time printing for a student, or if there is not a checkbox on the row of the student name, or if there have been ANY enrollment changes.

3.  Select the green "Print" button at the top of the screen to print the entire list of students, or select the checkbox on the row of the student name to print individual student quick cards.  If you do not see a box next to the student name to print click the big green Generate QuickCard button at the top to create a card for your student. (See pic above)

Please note that if ANY changes are made to the student enrollment record or new students to the District, the QuickCard access may be delayed as the systems roster and sync with other student accounts. the delay can be up to 48 hours.

For Parent & Students: Print Student QuickCards

Login as the student by typing the credentials on any device at myapps.boiseschools.org, for credentials ask your students instructor or call the support desk 208-854-6670.  (If you see a box asking for network password and to confirm, this is your students password and enables MyApps to function normally.)  In the top right of the MyApps window, select "My Profile"

Click Settings

Click Sign in tab

Make sure you are connected to QuickCard. If you are not connected, click the icon to Connect, then Click the  Print icon to print out your unique QuickCard code.

ClassLink will generate a unique QuickCard code for you to print out and use.  Hint:  Parents, you can take a pic of the Qcard with a phone and MyApps will read the pic when you point your phone at the devices camera.

Note for staff and parents: If a student changes Schools and enrolls at a new location or has any changes to the enrollment record, they will need to have their Qcard re-Generated and a new Quick Card printed with the updated enrollment information. It may take up to 24 hours for a new Quick Card to be synced and ready to generate/print after the students enrollment start date.
