Submitting Requests

To submit a request for a web resource to be blocked/unblocked, select Internet  / Wireless Connectivity:


Fill out the contact information and be sure to check Request to Block or Unblock a Specific Website:


Complete the required information, including the URL of the web resource you would like blocked/unblocked. If you have more than one URL, please include the URLs in the description.

Upon submission, your request will be considered and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Tips For Expediting the Process

Due to the complicated nature of network security, including more information in your request can help expedite the process of getting the web resource blocked/unblocked. If possible, please include the following information:

  • Device type (Windows, Mac, Chromebook, etc.)
  • Name of the device
  • IP address
  • Screenshot of the block page (if applicable)
  • Date and time that you last encountered the web resource blocked/unblocked
