Human Resources utilizes FrontLine products for Leave and Time Management.
- Absence Manager is Human Resources managed, allowing staff to schedule leave/absences and schedule substitutes. The place where Substitutes accept jobs.
- Time & Attendance is Payroll managed, allowing classified staff clock-in/out and assignment schedule.
FrontLine is accessible from:
- your MyApps page,
- the Google Apps list,
- the Mobile ClassLink-MyApps application, or
- an independent app installed on a smartphone.
The easiest method for Substitutes to access Absence Manager while at home, is while using an incognito or in-Private browsing window, go to www.google.com, select the blue Sign in button in the top right of page, as highlighted in this pic enter your DISTRICT email name, the next screen enter your password.
At the next page you will see the Google Apps button, Absence Manager is located in this list near the bottom of the list.
The BSD phone service has not changed: FRONTLINE Phone Number: 1-800-942-3767 the Phone access requires your numerical phone ID and 4 digit PIN. Classified staff can still use the numerical credentials to clock in if you do not have your badge to swipe at the clock-in kiosks at each school.
How to Change Access PIN
Staff: While you are already logged in to Absence Management, to locate or change your PIN browse to your Account Settings (left side navigation column) and Choose Phone Credentials.
PIN management may also be done while in Time and Attendance, for Classified Staff, update your PIN in the "Change PIN" option on the home page:

Listed in your MyApps page you will discover a folder containing icons for HR Benefits, including ARCORO (InfinityHR), to manage your existing benefit enrollments, and Navia, the District Cafeteria plan and the District Wellness Program the primary resource for Boise School District employees in achieving a healthier lifestyle. The District offers rewards for taking responsibility for your health, by offering a Wellness Medical Plan for those who earn WellSteps Rewards Points. Also in your MyApps HR folder are icons for other popular Employee Center applications including:
WinOcular - Job Center and Employee WorkSpace -New applicant must register to obtain a username and login. Existing employees can reset login credentials using their District Gmail account. Access from MyApps to see your employee files and check for assigned evaluations and other personnel related documents. WinOcular@BoiseSchools.org
Vector (SafeSchools) Training -Boise School District is responsible for ensuring that all employees participate in new hire and annual compliance training as required by the Board of Trustees and the State and Federal Government.
