Determining your badge number

If your badge was printed before January 2019 it will have 2 sets of numbers:

1. Badge number : 5-digits proceeding or following a longer string of numbers.

If your badge does not have the 5-digit ID number it will not work for door entry or time clock usage.

The badge number is pre-printed on the badge and will run along the long side of the badge.  The badge number is the 5 digit grouping at the start or end of the long number.

NOTE:  New, Transferring or returning staff, badges will not allow access to doors at new sites until Human Resources and Payroll have completed the personnel file for the new work assignment.  Visit the front office of the new to you site to request a temporary badge until your personnel file is complete.
