How to project with IntelUnite from a laptop
- Open IntelUnite through the icon on the PC/desktop computer that communicates with the projector. A PIN will appear in the upper right-hand corner.
- Open IntelUnite on your laptop. Enter the PIN and click “present screen” (or “present application” if you don’t want to show your whole screen).
- When finished, click “stop presenting.”
How do I project with IntelUnite with a Chromebook?
- Open IntelUnite through the icon on the PC/desktop computer that communicates with the projector. A PIN will appear in the upper right-hand corner.
- To open IntelUnite on the Chromebook, Click the circle (Launcher) in the bottom left corner of the screen and select IntelUnite. (If IntelUnite does not appear in the first line, expand the window to see more options. If it is not in the list at all, download it to the Chromebook from the Google Web Store. (Note: The extension is NOT compatible with MAC devices.)
- Enter the PIN and click “present.”
When finished, click “stop presenting.”
Multiple people can present: The first presenter may lock the session to keep others from presenting, or may specifically exclude certain presenters.
When you first go to IntelUnite on your device, you may go to the gear icon in the bottom right and change how your name appears and include an avatar.
