For your security, BSD Departments staff will never request personal or confidential information from you via email. If you receive communications requesting personal information or login information, please notify the HR Department immediately. Keep your password in a safe place. You should never:
- Disclose your password to anyone (including your supervisor or co-workers).
- Record your password either in writing or electronically.
At the login page you will see a hint at your credentials.
If you have forgotten your credentials there are 2 (highlighted in links that use your BSD Gmail so you can reset your credentials. If you do not have access to your BSD Google account contact [email protected] or 208-854-6670 to access your BSD email.
For questions related to your personal information within Absence Management, please contact the HR Department at [email protected] or 208-854-4074-option#1, Help Desk does not have access within this system to reset credentials for you, help desk will guide you through self service to assist you in resetting using your email account.
To use Absence Manager on a Mobile Device
First, through a store (Google Play, iCloud, Apple Store etc.) find download and install Classlink Launchpad the icon looks like . Once the launchpad install is complete on your mobile device open it. You may be asked "What is your school District?" when you start typing b o you will see Boise City ISD 1, then select Sign in with ADFS. Enter your Boise School District AD/Google/IC login credentials. I know you are wanting to access Absence Management, stay patient, we are going to make magic happen.
Find the icon for Absence Management to create an absence or set up a substitute. or click the Time & Attendance icon to clock in and out (while on District campus). Sometimes there is a time delay depending on devices RAM and available memory or wireless connection.
Hint: The District has not purchased the frontline/Absence Manager App to download from a app store platform. Using MyApps CLasslink bypasses that need and allows access to other apps the District provides you!
