When you attempt to log into a new Windows HP360 or Windows laptop an error is received about not finding a domain.
Steps to solve this problem:
If you and the device are not located on a campus, bring the device to work and try to login with your current credentials. This is generally the result of the device not having the correct current credentials.
If you and the device are on a BSD school follow the next steps:
1. Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the back of the PC where you see lights.
(You will reconnect this once finished and the domain is connected.)
2. Plug that Ethernet/internet cable into the laptop
3. Login with credentials
