Download the App (Use "S" for Students, "P" for Parents)
After download and install
- Type Boise and select Idaho state.
- Click Search, 'Boise Independent District' will display in the popup list,
- Click on 'Boise Independent District' a prompt to enter your Username / Password will appear to login to the app.
Hint: Notifications must be set in the app independently and are separate from notifications set in the desktop site. If you have notifications on in the desktop site, check that they are also on in your mobile device app.

Q. What's the difference between the existing Mobile Portal and the new Campus Student and Campus Parent apps?
Because the new mobile apps are powered by Campus Student and Campus Parent, they include a greater number of tools and functions. Once the mobile apps are released, they will include all of the tools currently available in Campus Student and Campus Parent. As new tools such as Online Payments and Food Service are added to the web applications, they will also be added to the mobile apps.
Q. How do parents and students get access to Campus Student & Campus Parent?
With the release of Campus.1825 in June 2018, the link at the top of the Portal to "Try the new Campus Student" or "Try the new Campus Parent" is available for all students and parents with Portal accounts. With this release, Campus Student and Campus Parent options are governed using the existing Portal Display Options. Note: for grades to display in Campus Student and Campus Parent, the preference in Grades > Grade Book must be marked.
Q. We use tools in the Portal that aren't in Campus Student & Campus Parent. Will we lose those tools?
No. The old Campus Portal will not be removed until all Portal tools are available in Campus Student and/or Campus Parent (except Online Assessment). The Campus Portal, Campus Student, and Campus Parent will be available through the 2018-19 school year.
Q. When will Portal tools be available in Campus Student & Campus Parent?
Campus plans to reach feature parity (all tools available in Campus Student & Campus Parent) during the 18-19 school year.
