Find the MAC address of a phone by looking for the MAC address sticker on the lower back portion of the phone. It should be a 12 character alphanumeric string.
Alternately, to find the MAC on Cisco IP Phones 7949-7961 press Settings, select Network Configuration. The 3rd listing should be the MAC address.
