Check that the Google Chrome Browser or your MyApps saved credentials are removed or updated.

Substitutes
See the school front office, the school admin staff must grant, in writing via a help ticket, access and duration to that schools' student data. For substitute Nursing substitutes, the Student Health Office pre-coordinates access.
Parents
Contact your student's school office for login assistance. New to District Parents, email a request to activate your Parent account to: campus@boiseschools.org, note when using Online Enrollment, you will receive information regarding your login.

Infinite Campus Mobile App for Parents and Students - Download the App (Use "S" for Students, "P" for Parents)
- After download and install
- Type Boise and select Idaho State.
- Click Search, 'Boise Independent District' will display in the popup list,
- Click on 'Boise Independent District' a prompt to enter your Username / Password will appear to login to the app.
Hint: Notifications must be set in the app independently and are separate from notifications set in the desktop site. If you have notifications on in the desktop site, check that they are also on in your mobile device app.
