If you have forgotten your password:
If you have previously registered for self-service password reset tool, or if you have not registered and your password for on-campus Windows PC AND Google still work, go to MyAccount.BoiseSchools.org Click on Register /update my account.
If you know your password but would like to change it:
Visit MyAccount.BoiseSchools.org and register for self-service password reset tool. Select 'Register / update my account', then enter your current login credentials. Once registration is complete by selecting answers to questions, select change password to reset your password.
During registration you answer canned or customized questions that are used for 'Forgot My Password' or 'Unlock My Account' when visiting the mail MyAccount.BoiseSchools.org page.
Please note: Forgot My Password and Unlock My Account will NOT WORK unless you have registered/selected answers to questions. See the attached PDF SelfService how to file.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have received an email notifying you that the Active Directory password will soon expire, sometime the link in the email will not allow you to login even if you know what the answers to the questions are.... Instead type the address myaccount.boiseschools.org in a browser tab and select Register / Update my account and enter your current login credentials, you can then go to your answers and update/change and change your password.
If you have reset your password and are getting the 'captcha' repeating;
Firstly, check that the Google Chrome Browser saved password for Infinite Campus is removed or updated.
