Open the directprint.io client by clicking the ^ on your Windows taskbar located in the bottom right corner, and select the printer icon.
On MacOS check the status bar in the top right of your screen or the system tray at the bottom for the directprint.io icon.
To use Secure Print, select Config, then make note of or create a personal Secure Print PIN
Select the three dots on the copier you want to print to, click Advanced options.
Use the pulldown menu for Secure Print Release to select Enable PIN release.
Proceed with your print job.
To release a secure print job at the copier, go to the copier and look for the Secure Print icon. Highlight your job, select Start Printing, then enter your PIN when prompted.
